Project Executive

• The ideal candidate should possess 15+ years of core & shell high-rise experience in the greater NY metropolitan area on projects ranging from $100 million to $400 million
• CM, Agency and/or CM, At-Risk project experience desired
• Demonstrated experience directing multiple, large-scale projects

Senior Project Manager

• The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of core & shell construction experience in the greater NY metropolitan area on projects ranging from $100 million to $400 million
• CM, Agency and/or CM, At-Risk project experience desired
• Demonstrated experience leading project(s) starting in the preconstruction/design stage through project close-out

Project Manager

• The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of core & shell and/or interior construction experience in the greater NY metropolitan area on projects with a construction cost exceeding $30 million
• Demonstrated experience with guaranteed maximum price (GMP) development and bidding/negotiating/awarding multiple trade contracts

Superintendent

• The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of core & shell construction experience in the greater NY metropolitan area on complex, large-scale high-rise projects
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trade contractors and success ensuring labor harmony on large-scale projects
• Demonstrated experience developing daily/weekly progress reporting and look-ahead schedules
• Site Safety license preferred
• Must be registered as a Superintendent with New York City
• Familiarity with the rules/regulations of New York City's Department of Transportation and Department of Buildings

MEP Superintendent

• The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP) trades on large-scale, complex core & shell projects in the NY metropolitan area
• Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP trades/labor on multiple projects
• Demonstrated experience developing daily/weekly progress reporting and look-ahead schedules
• Site Safety license preferred
• Must be registered as a Superintendent with New York City
• Familiarity with the rules/regulations of New York City's Department of Transportation and Department of Buildings
