This proposed development consists of the conversion and vertical expansion of an existing eight-story 253,000-SF light industrial building into a new 21-story hotel structure totaling 402,000-SF. The first floor will consist of the main lobby, restaurant and bar, “white box” retail, amenities and back-of-the-house operations. The existing building conversion on floors two through eight will contain elevator lobbies, core bathrooms, “white box” for future office space and designated MERs on each floor.

Floors 9 and 10 of the addition will contain “white box” for future office space, with the remaining new floors containing 189 guest rooms and a club with rooftop pool. The renovation scope of work will also include new storefronts, windows, cleaning and re-pointing of exterior masonry, as well as the construction of a new building core. The developer for this project is seeking a silver LEED® certification.

This is our third project for New York-based developer, Tribeca Associates.
