This project is currently in the early stages of construction. Upon completion, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure will stand at 20 stories and consist of approximately 145,000-GSF on an “L-shaped” lot surrounding a New York City-landmark building. The new building will house 84 luxury residential units, 2 below-grade levels, a lobby at-grade and a two-story retail space. The new building’s façade will be a sleek, blue-tinted glass with one bay of balconies at its south end, while the narrow mid-block façade on the western portion of the north façade will be a light-colored grid.

This is our second project for Chicago-based developer, The John Buck Company.
