The One Sutton Place North project involved the construction of a new, 41-story residential tower with 273-units, located in the prestigious Sutton Place neighborhood of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, overlooking the 59th Street Bridge. The tower is composed of reinforced, cast-in-place concrete structure with a butt glazed exterior curtain wall system. The building contains 266 apartments ranging in size from studios to three bedroom apartments. The apartment size varies from 550-SF to 1,500-SF but all feature high-end finishes that include wood flooring, European-styled cabinets and marble bathrooms. Site work included a landscaped, on grade plaza/fountain area and an off-street drive. The structure also includes Valet parking spaces for 550+ cars below grade. This project successfully utilized an owner controlled insurance program (OCIP).
