New Retail Complex in Brooklyn
We are currently in the early stages of preconstruction for a new retail development on an 11-acre natural peninsula located in Brooklyn’s Bensonhurst section along the Borough’s southern waterfront. The current plan is to develop 220,000-GSF of new retail space on two levels. The first floor of approximately 135,000-SF has been leased to BJ’s Warehouse Club.  The second level will house 80,000-SF, and two or three tenants may divide this space. The retail building will be attached to an 820-car, 4-level garage.

Mercer 40 Residences Wins Best Residential Project for 2008
Pavarini McGovern was the CM for the Mercer 40 Residences luxury condominium apartment building. The project - designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel was SLCE Architects - was recognized by New York Construction as the 2008 Best of Residential Project.

The Urban Glass House Cited
We partnered with architect Philip Johnson+Alan Ritchie Architects on a the winning submission for Buildings magazine's Citation of Excellence - 2008 New Construction Awards.
