Safety Manual and Subcontractor Responsibility

Safety is an essential part of our business at Pavarini McGovern. The Subcontractor has the responsibility for participating in and enforcing the site specific safety and loss prevention programs established for the Project. Copies of site safety rules, regulations, authoritative texts, procedures and programs are available for review for all subcontractors.

Implementing the appropriate safety rules that apply to the work being performed by a subcontractor remains the direct responsibility of that subcontractor.
