Pavarini McGovern provides all of the services necessary for programming, designing, bidding, building, and turnover of a design/build project. Our policy is to commit a project-assigned team of construction experts who will stay with the project from start to finish. They will take the project from the earliest stages of planning and preconstruction activities, through bidding and buy-out, construction, and final close-out of the project. This commitment to continuity of staff is one of the keys to our proven record of on-time, in-budget, and high-quality project completion.

Our team’s design work entails a full team approach that coordinates architecture and engineering design with construction; in effect - in the true spirit of design/build - there will be one team comprised of design and construction personnel. This approach ensures a singleness of purpose among all disciplines, assisting in producing the best possible design while avoiding independent efforts that can be confusing, time consuming and/or costly.
