Pavarini McGovern develops and monitors a master project schedule using PRIMAVERA (P3) to ensure that all project team parties meet their obligations and commitments within project milestones. This dynamic document is a tool used by all team members throughout the life of the project. The schedule sets the framework for measuring performance against stated goals; a means for optimizing project sequence before labor, materials and facilities are committed; a means for developing effective alternatives to address unforeseen events. We take all trade contractors' detailed schedules and incorporate them into our master project schedule.
